Data controller
Puzzle Develop & Cibersecurity Systems, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Puzzle"), trading as Puzzle Strategic Office, with offices at IZA Business Centers Punto Sao Paulo, Av. de las Américas 1545, Col. Providencia, Providencia, 44630 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable rules.
Data we receive
Contact form: name, organisation (optional), email address, phone number (only if you provide it), practice of interest, the message you write and your contact preference. When you send the form we also record that you ticked the boxes accepting the Terms and conditions and confirming you read this notice, and the date of submission.
WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number, your profile name and whatever you send us. The messaging service is provided by WhatsApp, which processes that data under its own terms and privacy notice.
Email: whatever data your message contains.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.
What we use it for
To handle and answer your request and, where relevant, follow up on a possible professional relationship.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not add you to mailing lists.
Transfers and processors
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except where the law allows. The website and email are hosted by infrastructure providers that act as processors and handle the data only to provide that service. Google LLC provides the measurement service described under “Cookies, measurement and local storage” and may process browsing data outside Mexico. Google LLC also provides the reCAPTCHA service described below.
Retention and security
We keep the information only as long as needed to handle your request and any obligations arising from it. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect it. No measure is infallible, so please do not send confidential information through the form or in a first message.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, and you may withdraw your consent or limit its use, by writing to info@puzzledevp.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the data and a way to reply to you. We will respond within the time limits set by law. If you believe your request was not handled, you may turn to the competent personal data protection authority.
Cookies, measurement and local storage
This site loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-WDW9QJ7Q), a Google LLC service used to activate visit-measurement tools. Measurement is optional: it is activated only if you accept it in the cookie notice. Until you accept, Google Tag Manager runs with measurement consent denied and no measurement cookies are stored; depending on how the tags are configured, Google may receive technical signals without cookies. If you accept, Google may receive technical data about your visit —pages viewed, device and browser type, IP address— and store measurement cookies. We do not use advertising, we do not sell data and we do not send what you type in the form to these tools.
You can accept, reject or change your decision at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. We keep your choice in your browser's local storage for 12 months.
Necessary storage: your language preference and your cookie choice are kept in your browser's local storage. To limit abusive form submissions, the server briefly keeps an encrypted fingerprint (hash) of the IP address, not the address itself.
Google reCAPTCHA
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated programs. When the form is loaded and used, Google receives technical data —IP address, browser and device information, and interaction with the page— and may use its own cookies, under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. It is a security measure needed to send the form and is loaded only on the contact page; if you prefer not to use it, you can contact us by email or WhatsApp.
