الخدمات / Trademark registration
Your trademark, properly prepared before you file.
We help you prepare, file and follow up trademark applications in Mexico (IMPI), the United States (USPTO) and the European Union (EUIPO), with an orderly file and informed decisions.
The problem
Many applications run into trouble for avoidable reasons: a shallow search, badly described goods, the wrong class or an owner who is not who it should be. Fixing it later costs more time and money than doing it right from the start.
What we do
Diagnosis
We review the name, the design, who should own the mark and how it is used today.
Clearance search
We look for identical or similar marks in the official databases and explain the risk in plain language.
Classification
We describe your goods and services precisely and place them in the correct Nice class.
File and filing
We put the application together and support you when it is filed with the relevant office.
Follow-up
We track the procedure, deadlines and office actions, and prepare the responses with you.
International strategy
What to register first and where, according to your market plans, including the Madrid System when it makes sense.

Nobody can guarantee registration: the decision belongs to the office (IMPI, USPTO or EUIPO). Puzzle provides advice and case management; it does not act as legal representative. When a procedure requires a lawyer or accredited representative —for example oppositions, litigation, or applicants domiciled outside the United States before the USPTO— we coordinate it with an authorised professional.
Do you have a brand you want to protect?
Tell us the name, what you do and the countries where you plan to use it. That is enough for us to tell you where to start.
